Who you are

  • We are looking for a data-driven individual to own the regional marketing strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration, build alignment and relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver exceptional excellence across programs and events to support regional priorities
  • 5+ years of field marketing experience managing and executing a regional marketing strategy including in-person and online events
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and ABM strategies and how events contribute to broader marketing and sales goals
  • Proven track record of having worked in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment with a “builder” mindset
  • A passion for metrics and data with a strong ability to provide insights, and analyze programs and campaign performance to influence decisions
  • Self-starter with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with Marketo and Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to travel 25-35% of the time for events

What the job involves

  • The NAMER Field Marketing Team is responsible for developing regional marketing strategies that contribute to company revenue through driving pipeline and accelerating sales opportunities within the North America (including Canada & LATAM) market
  • Own the creation and execution of a comprehensive regional Marketing strategy for the East Region in NAMER
  • Partner with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to align strategies and ensure the success of account-specific initiatives
  • Organize third-party, and first-party events, including online events and in-person events that drive MQLs and sales pipeline, as well as bespoke events for high-priority accounts
  • Build engaging onsite activation, automated email campaigns, and landing pages to achieve registration and attendance goals
  • Leverage data and insights to understand regional nuances, identify gaps/opportunities, define target audiences, explore new markets, and report on impact
  • Build strategic relationships with Sales Teams. Working closely with sales leaders to identify gaps and opportunities, define target audiences, develop content ideas, explore new markets, and create cohesive plans that align with regional goals
  • Collaborate tightly cross-functionally with teams like; SDRs, Partner Sales Managers, Campaigns, Partner Marketing, Comms/PRs, and others to establish Amplitude as the leading #1 Digital Analytics Platform across the East Region in NAMER
  • Share best practices and insights from the region with other markets across the US, Canada & LATAM

Amplitude provides product analytics to help companies understand user behaviour. Product, marketing, and growth teams use Amplitude to discover and share insights about user engagement, retention, and revenue.

Amplitude’s user flows reveal which actions are the most commonly taken after users sign up, and which usually precede purchases made in-app, creating paths through the app. The behaviour of individual app users can be viewed with unlimited real-time activity feeds and user timelines.

Thousands of companies use Amplitude analytics including Microsoft, Under Armour, Intuit, Twitter, Bonobos, Peloton, and many more. In 2024, a securities fraud case was filed against Amplitude due to an IPO and stock share rise that was alleged to be artificially inflated before their downturn in 2022. Whilst this case is ongoing, Amplitude is still releasing new products and operating at full capacity.
