Role
Who you are
- You have 2 - 5+ years of work experience in sales (ideally in B2B SaaS or other technology platform sales)
- You have a proven track record of closing complex sales cycles and driving new business revenue
- You excel at communication - asking the right questions to understand a customer’s needs and decision-making process quickly and working with the customer to generate value for them
- You are action-oriented and motivated to succeed in reaching your sales goals
- You are passionate about the future of work and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have a real impact in this space
- You are heavily aligned with our company values
- You are a fluent English speaker and currently live in the US
- Bonus: You have previous experience in HR tech
What the job involves
- Reporting into the Director of North American Sales, this role is an opportunity to have a significant, material impact on Leapsome’s mission to make work fulfilling for everyone, working with key SMB companies in our fastest-growing market globally
- Opportunity management (incl. Qualification using MEDDPICC)
- Stakeholder Management/Relationship building
- Negotiation and Closing (incl. legal, data, security)
- Pipeline Management (incl. CRM data hygiene)
- Accurate forecasting (incl. probabilities, priority, size, timelines etc) Prospecting (incl. social selling
- Nurturing postponed/closed lost leads
- Conducting platform demos
- Being a product expert (become/sustain needed for consultative selling)
- Being an industry expert (become/sustain needed for consultative selling)
- Routinely and creatively harnessing AI in your daily operations
- Extracurricular activities (temporary assignments, e.g OKR initiatives)
