Role
Who you are
- A strong background in revenue operations with a proven track record for driving results
- 3+ years experience in revenue operations or a related field, where strong execution was necessary to drive business results. Startup experience, a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in a business related field, preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Advanced written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leaders, small groups, and non-technical stakeholders
- You are always thinking about how to make things better or faster without compromising quality
- You have an eagerness to self-problem solve, but are comfortable asking for help
- You adapt quickly to changing situations and take full ownership of your work

What the job involves
- In this role, you will work directly with the Sr Director, Revenue Operations and Chief Revenue Officer on projects that keep our sales team functioning at the highest level
- You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency across the organization
- This individual will be responsible for implementing and managing revenue-related systems, deep diving into sales performance, and implementing new processes and policies based on your findings
- Lead the development and implementation of new programs, processes, and products
- Quarterback concurrent projects, maintaining strong communication and documentation
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth
- Become the subject-matter expert and point person on internal sales tools and processes
- Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on revenue-related processes and systems
- Participate in the creation and administration of compensation plans
- Work cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure strategy alignment across the organization
- Drive critical issue resolution and eliminate roadblocks. Serve as the key escalation point for critical issues and initiatives impacting the sales team
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for crew members of all backgrounds and experiences, so they feel valued and empowered
Our take
Second home ownership has traditionally been a privilege of the wealthy, due to the costs involved in purchasing and maintaining an additional property. However, the vast majority of the 100M second homes worldwide sit empty 10 to 11 months a year.
Seizing this opportunity, Pacaso seeks to give more people a chance at second home ownership with a unique co-ownership model, which allows individuals to purchase fractions of a property, benefit from it as guests and rent it out to generate additional income.
The business has grown exponentially since its founding in October 2020. According to Crunchbase, it's achieved Unicorn status faster than any other company. In its first six months of operation, Pacaso received more than 60,000 requests and assisted 100 purchases. This impressive trajectory not only highlights its strong market demand but also positions the company for a successful journey ahead.
