Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate would bring a strong system-oriented and technical background and an analytical and strategic mindset, including having previously demonstrated driving process efficiency and improving outcomes
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles
- Hands-on experience in building and optimizing Salesforce, including dashboards, layouts, and flows
- Experience working with engineering teams to enhance Salesforce functionality and other related sales tech stack
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and in group settings to manage projects from ambiguity to execution
- Proficiency in data analysis and Google Sheets/Excel for analyzing acquisition-related metrics and generating insights
Desirable
- Experience in high-growth/healthcare/healthcare technology startups
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience with BI platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Sigma)
- SQL experience
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing sales tech stacks (e.g.. Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper)
- Experience in administering sales compensation plans
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Associate to support Rula’s Provider Sales team by streamlining operational processes and delivering actionable, data-driven insights
- In this role, you will refine reporting frameworks, uncover insights that increase conversion rates and drive sustainable growth, and ensure our technology stack adapts to the evolving needs of our internal Sales teams
- This role will be instrumental in advancing our sales operations, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment in a fast-paced, innovative company
Our take
More than half of adults in the US will be diagnosed with a mental illness during their lifetime, and yet inaccessibility of treatment remains a huge problem. That’s what Rula aims to solve, with its platform that matches users to therapists that are covered by their insurance.
The company, formerly known as Path, is partnered with a number of major health insurers, including UnitedHealthcare and Anthem, making it an accessible service for millions of Americans. It allows users to browse therapists almost instantly, with just a short questionnaire to fill in before their matches are shown.
Though the market for tech services offering mental health provision is an overstuffed one, with giants like BetterHelp as well as newer competitors, Rula's partnerships with insurers set it apart. The business has been steadily growing, and significantly bolstered its executive team in 2023. Its recent rebrand was designed to emphasise its vision to improve not only access to mental health care, but also clinical outcomes.
