Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of in-house (corporate) full life cycle GTM recruiting experience, ideally for software/cloud companies
- Demonstrated ability and track record of success of filling abroad range of positions in a timely manner
- Proven track record of creative sourcing strategies to attract talent from direct competitors
- Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
- High business acumen with the ability to articulate the company and job openings clearly to candidates, as well as well as driving intelligent conversations with hiring managers
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with employee information
- Prior experience working with Greenhouse ATS is desired
- Strong familiarity utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter
- Business partner and problem solver

- As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team and culture by partnering with dynamic leaders and hiring managers to align our values with our corporate hiring goals.
- You’ll own the entire recruitment process from crafting innovative strategies to sourcing top talent, evaluating candidates, and leading the offer process across a variety of roles. Beyond recruiting, you’ll spearhead initiatives to boost operational efficiency, drive data-backed decision making, and lead impactful change as we grow.

- This is a contract position with an end date of November 30, 2025
- Source, recruit, and hire top talent to Pilot.com for GTM positions and other teams such as Engineering, Product, Accounting, and Finance
- Collaborate with hiring managers across the organization to implement hiring strategies, including pre-recruiting research and preparation, conducting effective kickoff meetings, aligning on candidate criteria, and effectively managing the offer process
- Develop a robust and continuous talent pipeline
- Manage the Greenhouse ATS ensuring proper configuration, ongoing maintenance, and compliance to implement processes and best practices
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally
- Ensure a positive recruiting experience with internal partners and candidates
- Drive hiring manager engagement and satisfaction through effective communication, candidate quality, and demonstrating your recruiting expertise to build trust as a strategic advisor
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions
