Who you are

Degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing in a B2B context
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database (ideally HubSpot), email, social media and/or online advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariant tests to optimise campaigns
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics (GA4), WebTrends etc)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

What the job involves

You’ll become part of a passionate and supportive team in a fast-paced, dynamic and result-driven environment
This new role role will play a critically important part in ensuring that our digital marketing is best in class, and that we are harnessing the power of digital to support all our marketing efforts aimed at raising awareness amongst our target audiences and generating high quality leads at the lowest possible cost-per-lead
Plan and execute all Believ digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media inc LinkedIn and online advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence ensuring we maximise engagement from our content
Use HubSpot marketing module to power and manage campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies across all our target audiences
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with agencies and other marketing partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
