What the job involves

Shutterstock, Inc Seeks a Software Engineer IV in New York, NY to perform system architecture and feature design based on customer and stakeholder requests
This role will be performing full stack development using React JS, Node JS, Javascript, Typescript, AWS, SASS, CSS Modules, and Jest
Utilizing AWS-based deployment techniques, including serverless technology, to create software applications; designing SQL and noSQL databases using MySQL and DyanmoDB
Leveraging REST API design principles to specify and build software component interfaces
Implementing AWS Cloud operational software for web and business processing application monitoring; monitoring dashboards using analytics providers including New Relic and Datadog
Implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows using tools including Git, Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies
