Who you are

We are seeking energetic sales orientated individuals who are eager to advance their careers from all sales backgrounds
We are looking for people who have worked in high outbound roles, whether that is in in a call centre, door-to-door, customer success associates, appointment setters, junior SDRs, BDEs and AEs
Additionally we are looking at individuals with a growth mindset, who would love on the job support, partnered with an excellent training and development program and on the job training, giving you the tools to be successful with the next steps of your career and beyond
Proven experience in outbound sales
0-3 years experience
Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting
Experience in B2B sales
Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities
The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up
Great communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency. Delivers results in a timely manner
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
Fluency in German and English

The attitude to deliver results against your monthly sales targets
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships or Customer Success
Team player: Provide ideas, feedback and support to your direct peer
Adapt and Learn Quickly: Utilize the tools, systems, and resources provided to accelerate your success and take the next steps in your sales career
