- Zendesk proficiency preferred
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree without experience
What the job involves
- The Success Strategy & Operations team at Pluralsight is seeking an Analyst to join our team and make quick business impact on critical 2025 strategic priorities
- In addition to partnering with business leadership, they serve as subject matter experts on the business they support, and help drive programs, reporting, and projects that drive our business forward
- Help build and standardize reporting for Support metrics that matter (KPIs)
- Use SQL, Tableau, and Sheets to perform ad-hoc analysis to support the business
- Prepare and support ongoing reporting needs (MBRs, QBRs, etc.)
- Serve as a business partner to individual reps and business leaders
- Recommend business process improvements based on data insights
- Help drive cohesion between the Support org and our overall customer journey priorities in FY25 and beyond
