Who you are
- 2-3 years of experience with FIGMA as a Product Designer
- A portfolio (uni, personal projects, or freelance work — we care about the thinking behind it)
- Solid UX thinking and an eye for human behavior
- The ability to take ownership, not just wait for instructions

- Here, you won’t be a tiny cog in a big machine. You’ll join a small, fast-moving team where design has a seat at the table and your impact is visible from day one

- Own the design process end-to-end: discovery, wireframes, prototypes, final UI
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and our Creative Director to shape meaningful features
- Simplify complexity into clear, intuitive flows that people love to use
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system, keeping quality and speed in balance
- Keep track of how your designs perform in the real world and push them further

Managing both traditional and digital finances can be tricky business and many people struggle to seamlessly integrate their crypto holdings into everyday banking needs, often relying on multiple platforms. This is not only inefficient, but confusing.
Deblock is addressing this issue by offering a unified platform that combines a traditional bank account with a non-custodial crypto wallet. Users can hold their own private keys, so they have full control over their digital assets. And the platform makes deposit, exchange, and withdrawal of both fiat and cryptocurrencies easy, through one single interface.
The company has attracted significant funding, underscoring growing confidence in its model. Its also achieved significant regulatory milestones, becoming the first fintech to obtain PSAN approval from France's Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
