Role
Who you are
- Solid experience as a Product Designer working on web‑based SaaS products, ideally in B2B settings
- A portfolio that shows strong UX thinking, clear problem framing, and high‑quality, production‑ready UI for complex, multi-step workflows — you've designed for products where users navigate intricate processes, multiple user types, or high-stakes decisions
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping practices
- Comfort working in a fast‑moving environment, breaking down complex workflows into simple, usable experiences
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain your decisions, collaborate openly, and give and receive feedback
- Genuine interest in how AI can augment human work, and curiosity about designing for AI‑driven experiences
- Exposure to AI‑powered products (e.g. generative AI assistants, copilots, recommendations) and the nuances of designing for trust and explainability
Desirable
- Experience with text‑heavy tools, document editors, or collaboration software
- Background in enterprise, compliance‑heavy, or proposal/bid workflows
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing for diverse users
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Product Designer (Mid–Senior) to shape the next generation of our end to end AI proposal platform, from problem discovery through to polished interfaces
- You’ll work across UX and UI, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to define how users collaborate with AI in their day‑to‑day workflows
- This is a hands‑on role with room to grow into more strategic ownership as you demonstrate impact
- Turn problems into product: Partner with Product and Engineering to define user problems, explore solution spaces, and translate them into clear flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design AI‑assisted workflows: Craft interaction patterns that help users co‑write with AI, feel in control, and understand what the system is doing and why
- End‑to‑end journeys: Take features from discovery to final UI, iterating through research, testing, and collaboration with stakeholders
- Elevate craft and consistency: Contribute to and evolve our design system so experiences feel coherent, accessible, and visually refined
- Advocate for users: Run or support research and usability sessions with customers and internal users; bring insights back into product decisions
- Collaborate to ship: Work closely with engineers on implementation details, edge cases, and QA to ensure what we ship matches the intent of the design

Not only is the cost of writing talents' time an issue, but it's also a constant worry to ensure that everyone is putting their best foot forward at all times and adhering to the company's style guide. The cost of miscommunications and errors in both internal and external communications is being minimised.
Utilising the latest advances in natural language processing, AutogenAI seeks to replace manually-generated content with text generated by its General Language Engine, also known as Genny-1. Its multi-disciplinary team works with clients to understand their needs, collates existing text to fine tune its model to that company's voice, then deploys Genny-1 in the areas of the business where it will have the greatest impact.
While this is likely to produce the best returns in bid proposals and other high value-add activities, AutogenAI can be applied to a wide range of internal and external business processes such as marketing, sales and public relations. As the use of AI becomes more mainstream, AutogenAI seeks to position itself as a vital tool in all forms of business communication, and substantial funding rounds show that it is well poised to achieve this.
