HR Admin Specialist, UpSlide

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (internships count!)
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills in both languages
• Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• You’re proactive and enjoy working in a team
• You love helping people and solving problems independently
• You’re thorough, analytical, and curious by nature

Desirable

• Weekly 1:1s with your manager
• People Ops team meeting once a week
• People team meeting once a month
• In thsi role you'll prepare and manage all administrative steps for new joiners (contracts, payroll information, documentation, etc.)
• Handle administrative offboarding processes (final documents and exit checklists)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Lucca)
• Review expenses for accuracy and compliance with internal policies
• Support the administration of employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, mobility perks)
• Support the Finance team in administrative tasks (receipts, dividend declaration, etc)
• Manage and respond to employee requests via the ticketing system (HR documentation, employment verification letters, policy questions, etc.)
• Support HR documentation management, templates, and process updates
• Organize and plan the global onboarding
• Support global HR reporting and audits by providing accurate data and documentation
