Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing in SaaS environment. Additional consulting experience is a plus
- Native French and fluent English
- Strong analytical skills for pricing strategy, margin analysis, and competitive positioning
- Rigorous and detail oriented mindset with understanding of commercial terms, risk assessment, and operational implications
- Excellent communication skills for creating compelling presentations and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Adaptable and doer mindset, capable to evolve in a fast-changing environment
- Proficient with CRM systems, proposal tools, and Microsoft Office suite

What the job involves
- To support our growing sales team and accelerate deal closure, we are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially-minded RevOps Manager to join our sales operations team. You will be the strategic partner for our Account Executives, ensuring every proposal is competitively priced, legally sound, and optimally positioned for success

- Review and analyze contractual terms, clauses, and legal frameworks from an operational perspective
- Collaborate with Ops and Sales teams to ensure contract language supports business objectives while mitigating operational risks
- Maintain expertise on standard industry terms and negotiate favorable conditions within approved parameters
- Partner with Account Executives to develop competitive pricing strategies tailored to client requirements and market positioning
- Conduct thorough quote reviews to ensure accuracy, profitability, and alignment with company standards
- Support country-specific sales strategies by analyzing market dynamics and competitive landscapes
- Analyze proposal outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and refine sales materials with the Marketing and RevOps Teams
- Proactively collaborate with sales enablement to develop comprehensive training on pricing strategies, margins, and contractual considerations

Bigblue’s main challenge will be competing with other logistics companies, including Cubyn, Hive and Huboo. Bigblue’s intelligent pricing system (which charges companies relative to their size), and its focus on providing an end-to-end customer experience, has set it apart. Combined with a $15 million raise in 2022, Bigblue is set to become an increasingly bigger part of the logistics market.
