Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented marketer with a proven track record of scaling revenue for companies around the $/£50m revenue mark
- Your deep expertise in B2B marketing, combined with your ability to craft compelling narratives and drive measurable growth, will be key to our continued success
- A minimum of 8-10 years in B2B marketing leadership in a software/SAAS. business, with significant experience growing enterprise accounts at businesses with revenues £50-£100m
- Proven track record in using content-based marketing to bring senior prospects into the sales process
- Experience with managing small, high quality events such as breakfast seminars and roundtables
- Demonstrated ability to use targeted marketing to drive upsell and reduce churn
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
What the job involves
- In this role, you will lead our enterprise marketing initiatives, with a focus on engaging decision-makers in UK & US financial advice firms
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to help us win and grow clients from the top 100 financial advice firms in the UK and US
- Identify and profile target firms, and key personas inside the firms (principally marketing leaders or managing directors/partners)
- Lead the creation and optimization of multi-channel campaigns designed to drive demand and accelerate the sales pipeline
- Oversee the production of content-based marketing initiatives and small-scale events (e.g., breakfast seminars, roundtables) to engage target audiences
- Full customer marketing responsibility, including the delivery of upsell and churn reduction goals
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform messaging strategies
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and ROI
