What the job involves
- As a Manager of Launch at Miter, you will coach and develop a team of 6–8 Launch Managers responsible for onboarding customers onto Miter’s software, while also engaging directly with high-priority customers and driving improvement on key performance metrics
- You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Engineering, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience that sets customers up for long-term success
- Our Launch team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and energized by solving complex problems together
- Plus, you’ll be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together and making a tangible impact for our customer
- Lead a team of Launch Managers in achieving core performance metrics, including productivity, project completion rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to develop and support Launch Managers in their roles
- Manage and resolve customer escalations to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships
- Continuously assess, streamline, and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and simplicity
- Create, maintain, and refine documentation to enable team success and consistency across projects
