Lead Sales Development Representative, Tympa Health

• Significant experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Experience with cold-calling
• Experience in a related product / service field (subscription) and / or industry (healthcare)
• Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
• Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
• High energy, enthusiasm and ambition
• A good team player but also able to work independently

• SDR activities include, but are not limited to, outbound cold calling, social media outreach, coordinating sales strategies and plans with account executives, target account prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and post-event follow-up
• SDRs collaborate with sales leadership, sales representatives and marketing and must be adept at working as part of a team as well as independently
• Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive communications to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
• Generate leads (outbound) and build relationships by nurturing prospects (inbound) and finding potential new sales opportunities
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-on meetings for sales executives
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
• Utilise Salesforce, cold calls and email to generate and qualify new sales opportunities
• Respond to inbound sales leads and follow-up to nurture and qualify new sales opportunities
• Develop positive rapport, create trust and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders
• Identify the needs of prospects and clearly communicate the Tympa Health value proposition in addressing these needs
• Set up meetings or calls between qualified (prospective) leads and account executives
• Document client interaction and / or prospecting efforts in Salesforce
• Research prospective clients through the use of web/social media, internal databases and external tools to identify leads
• The criteria by which you will be evaluated in the performance of your role includes:
• Number of calls made / emails sent
• Number of meetings scheduled (with sales executives for qualified leads)
• Number of meetings attended
• Pipeline generated from SDR activity
• Starting in a solo capacity in this role you will be able to build the SDR team and make a lasting impact in the success of the Company
