What the job involves

Keep projects on track: Plan timelines, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Be the client's main contact: Lead calls, prepare agendas, respond to messages, and make sure clients feel supported and informed throughout their projects
Coordinate with global experts: Distribute tasks to our team of compliance specialists around the world and manage internal deadlines to keep everything moving
Clear roadblocks: Identify what's slowing projects down and solve problems proactively to meet client expectations
Review deliverables: Check compliance documents and project files for quality and completeness before they go to clients
Manage operational tasks: Collect supplier documents (certifications, test reports), review labels and user manuals, organize project files in Airtable and Google Sheets, and coordinate lab testing with external facilities
Drive momentum: Own the pace of projects and adjust plans as needed to ensure clients get results when they need them
