Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on test automation
- Strong proficiency in Cypress and JavaScript for test automation
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions, Jenkins or CircleCI
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Test Automation Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing
- Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into test cases
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure product quality
- Analyze test results, document defects, and work with developers to resolve issues
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance test coverage and efficiency
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work closely with Engineering teams to integrate testing processes into the Agile development cycle
- Foster a culture of innovation across the organization
- Customer-Focused Engineering:
- Ensure that Quality efforts consider customer use cases and business requirements
- Work with customer success teams to address customer-reported issues
