Who you are

1+ years of experience as an SDR
Proven outbound prospecting success, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and ability to build custom sequences
Strong verbal communication skills—ability to sound clear, confident, and engaging on calls in English
Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise B2B companies
US-based and focused on outbounding exclusively in North America

What the job involves

We're looking to bring on a client focused SDR to help us propel our growth
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating pipeline through proactive outreach, engaging with mid-market and enterprise B2B prospects across North America
You are a strong hunter who enjoys cold calling, emailing, and leveraging sales engagement tools to drive conversations and set high-quality meetings for our sales team
Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement
Build and refine your own sales sequences using SalesLoft, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executive
Engage with decision-makers, demonstrating clear and confident communication on calls
Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously optimize outreach strategies
