Who you are
- You have 5+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer working on responsive web experiences
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS tools
- Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and UX writing best practices
- Previous contributions to a design system or brand pattern library
- A passion for solving complex UX problems in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- You thrive in ambiguity, grounding your work in research and exploring diverse design solutions
- You’re fluent in Figma, with the ability to create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI independently
- You’re confident in facilitating ideation sessions and guiding cross-functional teams toward aligned outcomes
- You have strong visual and interaction design foundations, with a keen eye for detail
- You tailor communication to suit varied audiences—from senior leaders to dev partners
- You seek feedback proactively and use it to refine your work
- You’re energized by shaping systems and scaling design for long-term impact

- We’re responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences that serve our travel partners
- Our work drives both partner satisfaction and business outcomes by delivering compelling solutions across Expedia’s suite of B2B marketing platforms
- We’re looking for a UX Designer III to lead the ongoing evolution of the Partner Marketing Website
- In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Design, Product, Engineering, Brand, and Content teams to deliver thoughtful experiences that balance user needs with strategic business goals
- Own the UX strategy and execution for the partner marketing website, focusing on custom design solutions outside of templated content
- Create human-centered designs that reflect customer journeys, usability insights, and brand storytelling
- Build and maintain a scalable component library in Figma to streamline collaboration and accelerate development workflows
- Guide enhancements to the site architecture, including navigation updates, promotional modules, and new content hubs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure high-fidelity implementation and maintain design integrity across platforms
- Optimize internal design workflows and authoring tools (Figma, AEM) to support cross-team efficiency
- Apply inclusive, accessible design best practices across all deliverables

They enable users to access a wide range of services including airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, cruises, vacation packages, and various attractions and services via the world wide web and telephone travel agents. Its primary web businesses include Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Hotwire.com, and Egencia.com.
Between 2021 and 2022, Expedia has been selling and merging a list of its sub-brands in a bid to simplify its operations, including Egencia and Classic Vacations. Due to plummeting share prices, mostly in the case of its sub-brands, Expedia has been leveraging its subsidiaries' customer base and merging them into the company’s core brand. Contrasting this move, Expedia has also been partnering with tech start-ups in a bid to make travel more accessible to underserved groups. Becoming Rentable, a travel company for the disabled is one of 12 startups that are part of Expedia Group’s new Open World Accelerator Programme.
What this indicates is Expedia’s shift from buying other travel companies and a move towards enhancing the experience of its preexisting customer base. This move is aiding in a long-term plan for greater long-term traveler loyalty, utilizing Expedia’s vast amounts of data, not just from reviews, but from check-in, cleanliness, communication, cancelations, etc to inform how guests experience a property.
