Role
Who you are
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing, or quota-driven roles within SaaS
- A strong interest in building a career in sales—this role is a launchpad, not a dead end
- Comfort with outbound activity, including cold calling and proactive outreach
- Grit, resilience, and the ability to hear “no” without losing momentum
- Clear communication skills—written, verbal, and over video
- A growth mindset: you’re coachable, curious, and eager to improve
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is helpful but not required
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our outbound engine
- This role is perfect for someone who loves the challenge of opening doors, starting conversations, and creating opportunities where none existed before
- As an SDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth—responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new prospects across SMB and Mid-Market accounts
- You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to build pipeline, test messaging, and help shape how outbound works at Typeform
- We’re especially excited to hire someone based in Utah, where we’re looking to grow our sales presence
- Proactively generate new pipeline through outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative outreach
- Research and identify target accounts and key stakeholders using data and intent signals
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand customer needs, priorities, and potential fit
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and set them up for success
- Personalize outreach with thoughtful messaging that speaks to real customer problems
- Collaborate closely with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to refine targeting, messaging, and processes
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce and other sales tools
- Continuously improve your craft through coaching, feedback, and experimentation

The accelerated consumer shift to digital channels and the increasing importance of digital-native brands are driving the need to build closer online engagement with customers. Typeform’s conversational solutions generate higher response rates and provide richer insights to improve consumers’ experiences. The company claims to achieve up to 4x response rates compared to more traditional methods of data collection.
Its product includes integration with other platforms such as Slack and Mailchimp, and face-to-face interactions with videoask. By 2022, Typeform had some 125,000+ paying customers.
The company's Series C funding was put towards more product development, increasing accessibility, and additional integrations. It will also be expanding its 450-strong remote working team globally as it seeks to swell the 500M+ “interactions” its products generate each year. The company is growing fast, prioritising amazing UX, platform updates, maintaining strong product/market fit, and developing products with an eye toward the future.
