What the job involves

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help find and hire candidates for our engineering team
Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this position will have high visibility and the chance to have a large impact as we seek to double the size of our engineering team over the next year
Works with hiring managers to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and can map that accurately to potential candidates (via both resumes and recruiter screens)
Builds close relationships with candidates and has a strong grasp of what each candidate is looking for and cares about

This comprehensive suite enables Hightouch to serve a range of businesses such as Spotify, Docusign, Warner Music Group, Grammarly and Autotrader.
