What the job involves
- This role is part of the Product Marketing team, which reports to Marketing
- The Product Marketing Manager will work directly with the Head of Product Marketing, Product marketing is evolving
- AI can generate emails in seconds, but true impact comes from strategy, insights, and execution
- We need a strategic product marketer to own a specific user segment, deeply understand their needs, and shape how we engage them
- You will drive positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution—working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure our approach is data-driven, compelling, and effective
- Market Insights & Competitive Analysis – Identify trends, competitive shifts, and customer pain points to inform strategy
- Analyze Data & User Behavior – Leverage AI tools, but apply strategic judgment to extract meaningful insights
- Define What’s Needed – Ensure messaging, strategy, and execution align with customer needs and business goals
- Positioning & Storytelling – Develop clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with your user segment
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy – Lead GTM plans for new features and pricing plans, ensuring adoption and long-term success
- Empower Other Teams – Provide Sales, Product, and Marketing with insights and tools to enhance their impact
- Enablement & Process Optimization – Equip teams with frameworks and playbooks that improve execution
- Challenge the Status Quo – Identify opportunities, test new approaches, and refine how we work

Our take
Short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb are fantastic ways for empty properties to generate income for owners, but most users of such platforms are not optimizing their income. Prices are often lower than customers would expect and do not reflect the high rental demands in the area, and without data-driven analytics, this can be unclear.
PriceLabs provides a revenue management platform for short-term accommodation hosts, focussing heavily on automating dynamic pricing based on local events, trends, and weather. This dynamic pricing feature integrates directly within major rental marketplaces, and the platform also provides booking portfolio analytic tools, market dashboards, bulk price adjustment features, and dynamic minimum-stay rules.
With enough research, hosts of short-term accommodation rentals can rent their properties at the optimum price, but PriceLabs has recognized that this is not easy, particularly when managing a large portfolio of properties. Through its bulk listing editing tools and dynamic pricing algorithm, the company aims to augment the experience of short-term hosts, maximizing the revenue they earn from their rentals.
