What the job involves
- Independently manage and execute various projects with efficiency and precision
- Own Onboarding and Implementation ensuring smooth setup for new customers
- Develop tailored training and programmes to guide new customers through Onboarding and Data Integrations
- Assist in product/service implementation
- Integrate technical solutions to enhance our operations
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to collaborate across teams and with clients
- Show your ability to adapt and flex to business needs to deliver bespoke strategic projects
- Develop and maintain strong customer and internal relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and issues during the Onboarding process
- Regularly assess satisfaction and address concerns
- Provide robust product training to maximise product uptake and self-serviceability
- Educate on new features/updates
- Offer best practices for effective product use
- Gather feedback to from customers
- Collaborate with Sales, Product team, Engineering and Customer Success teams

Our take
Starting college or uni is a stressful time - moving, getting all the new equipment you need, not knowing anyone. There’s a lot to do, and it’s why dropout rates during enrolment are so much higher than at any other stage during the education process. That’s what Purlos aims to change with its AI-assisted communications platform.
The problem it highlights is simple - admissions teams are inundated with administrative tasks, and the traditional methods of communication like phone calls and letters don’t get through to young people as well as they did decades ago. Purlos provides an automated chatbot, nicknamed ‘Jenni’, who connects with students through WhatsApp to remind them of appointments, tasks, events, etc. It also analyses conversation data to flag those it deems at risk of dropping out to the relevant admissions bodies.
It’s early days for Purlos, but its platform doesn’t yet see any direct competitors who focus so clearly on this issue. It's working with UK educational institutions for now, and focussing its fundraising on growing its team and expanding its product capabilities.
