- 8+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Technology, or process improvement roles
- Insurance, SaaS, or software industry background, including direct and channel sales exposure
- Advanced expertise with CRM and GTM tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Marketo, JIRA)
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams and driving complex initiatives in fast-growth environments
- Proficiency in sales analytics, AI applications, and change management
- Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing teams and programs
What the job involves
- As our Senior Manager, Field Operations and Enablement, you will partner to lead our GTM field operations to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate deeply across Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT to optimize regional and global processes, enhance sales productivity, and scale our commercial engine
- You are an experienced GTM operator—a seasoned hands-on first-line manager—adept at supporting high-impact, cross-functional projects. Your expertise enables GTM field teams, aligns executive priorities, and transforms Sales productivity. You’re passionate about leveraging new technology, analytics, and process optimization to drive business results across the GTM funnel
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing Field Operations team across global regions (NA, EMEA, APAC), fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Own and execute operational excellence in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue attribution. Enforce best practices, improve data hygiene, deliver actionable insights, and support business planning
- Centralize revenue operations functions and standardize processes (opportunity management, account planning, etc.) to ensure consistency and scalability
- Collaborate with GTM leaders to identify and resolve barriers to sales productivity, improve sales effectiveness, and reduce friction across the sales cycle
- Drive operational cadences, including forecast calls, QBRs/MBRs, pipeline reviews, and leadership meetings
- Partner with Strategic Distribution Sales to align on strategic priorities across top agencies and support joint business growth
- Develop and share key sales analytics, dashboards, and executive reports to inform data-driven decision-making at all levels
- Lead key sales productivity initiatives focused on new business, retention, cross-sell, and ecosystem alignment
- Support territory, quota, and compensation planning in partnership with GTM Planning
- Champion process optimization and adoption of new technology (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Marketo, Zendesk)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Field Leadership, driving accountability and operational excellence
- Design, deliver, and measure GTM enablement programs, onboarding, and training for Sales, Customer Success, and related GTM teams
- Implement and refine enablement strategies, leveraging knowledge management and sales methodologies aligned to company goals
- Develop and deliver effective sales content and presentations; ensure ongoing rep proficiency with tools and platforms
- Monitor and analyze enablement effectiveness, using insights to optimize programs and sales outcomes
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices

This trend has emerged as more companies move to cloud-based networks following the increase of out-of-office work, thus increasing the risk of cyber attacks. However, many cutting-edge cyber defences are too expensive for many companies.
Coalition’s joint offering of cyber security tools, a risk management platform, and cyber insurance allows companies to manage the ever-present risk of cyber threats.
The company has made a strong start since its 2017 launch, raising nearly $800 million in funding. There are a number of other fast-growth startups in the cybersecurity space, including Wiz and Orca Security, but Coalition’s shrewd insurance-based model is what sets it apart from the competition. The company has set out on a path toward global expansion, branching out from the US and Canadian markets to bring its solutions to the UK, whilst also acquiring smaller competitors like JUMBO.
