• Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus

• We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Associate to support our distributed sales team as they approach doctors' offices to sell our software solutions
• This role will be crucial in managing marketing collateral, coordinating conference participation, and handling a variety of administrative tasks
• Assist with the planning, registration, and logistics for conferences and events. Manage shipping of booth materials and marketing collateral, and ensure the sales team is equipped with necessary materials and information
• Organize, and distribute marketing materials (both digital and printed) to support the sales team. Ensure materials are aligned with company branding and messaging
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing presentations. Help the team stay organized and efficient
• Maintain records of marketing collateral usage and conference attendance, and report on the effectiveness of materials in sales efforts
• Assist in tracking lead generation and follow-ups from conferences and events
• Work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless coordination of materials and event attendance. Help align marketing efforts with sales goals
