Who you are
- This role is ideal for a highly motivated and personable professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building strong customer relationships
- Minimum of 2 years in business development within a SaaS sales organization
- Industry Knowledge: Background in Independent Medical Examinations (IME), Insurance, or Law is a strong asset
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo is preferred
- Comfortable engaging with prospects at in-person events and traveling nationally as required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with proven ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive problem-solver, and self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
- Personable, confident in cold outreach, and enthusiastic about driving growth
What the job involves
- As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Wisedocs, you will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with potential customers
- You will leverage your communication and problem-solving skills to uncover customer needs and generate new business opportunities that expand Wisedocs’ market presence
- Identify untapped markets, industries, and channels to uncover new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts including phone calls, social selling, and email outreach
- Research, connect, and qualify prospective customers via phone, email, social media, networking, and in-person interactions
- Represent Wisedocs at national and U.S.-based conferences, trade shows, and other industry events
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and overall sales strategy
- Support additional business development initiatives as assigned

Our take
Wisedocs was born out of frustration with one of the healthcare administration's most cumbersome tasks: medical record management. Its automated processing software tackles this head-on, aiming to contribute to better overall healthcare by freeing up valuable manpower and time currently spent on paperwork.
Wisedocs has successfully developed an AI-powered solution that demonstrably outperforms traditional methods of handling unstructured medical documents. Hence, the company streamlines the process of clinician notes, medical briefs, records, assessments, and discharge summaries.
Backed by prominent investors, Wisedocs successfully launched in the US in 2022, followed by the opening of a new American headquarters to support its growing US customer base. This was followed by further funding in 2024. It believes its product can significantly reshape the American healthcare and insurance landscape, where streamlining paperwork and unlocking critical data are major concerns.
