What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, CA
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various marketing events from conception to completion including in-person, and virtual events, and third party conferences
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination
- Coordinate campaign logistics and manage content creation, budget tracking, and performance monitoring
- Monitor event performance and produce post-event reports to assess effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional team such as marketing, sales, design, and external partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure alignment by communicating key details and deliver on overall business goals
- Maintain alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy
