Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on digital wallet solutions, identity verification, or related technologies in B2B2C contexts
- Proven track record of launching successful consumer-facing products, ideally in the fintech, identity verification, or security space
- Strong technical background and ability to work closely with engineering teams to drive product development
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making and product analysis
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Passion for creating innovative, user-centric solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences and integrate seamlessly with identity verification technologies
What the job involves
- Responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of product initiatives that accelerate the adoption and expansion of our identity verification solutions
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including our sales and solutions consultant teams to fortify our identity verification flows, identify growth opportunities, optimize user experiences, and ensure our products meet the needs of our customers and partners
- They will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution with a strong emphasis on metrics, data-driven decision-making, and analysis
- This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify product opportunities and prioritize features
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams to develop innovative wallet solutions that integrate identity verification features for business customers
- Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics for identity verification use cases, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the product team, utilizing data analysis and metrics to guide product development and prioritize features
- Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, use cases, and user stories to guide product development
- Engage with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product direction, and ensure successful adoption of new features and enhancements
