Desirable
- 1–2 years of sales or inside sales experience
- Experience making cold calls or handling inbound leads
- Familiarity with inventory management or software sales
- Experience in the health & wellness industry
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Associate Account Manager to join our team
- In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support and grow relationships with current customers while uncovering new opportunities within our Key Card and Group Ex Pro product lines — and beyond
- You’ll focus on smaller business opportunities within your assigned territory and work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and grow their engagement with Daxko’s software
- Be the go-to contact for your assigned Key Card and Group Ex Pro customers — supporting renewals, upgrades, and day-to-day needs
- Lead product demos and sales efforts for prospective customers in your market
- Uncover and close new business opportunities, especially in smaller markets
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline — accurately forecast and track your deals
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other sales team members to share insights and support collective success
- Adapt quickly as products and market trends evolve
- Travel up to 40% to meet with clients and prospects in your territory
Our take
Within the wellness sectors it’s imperative to have an efficient operations system for the smooth running of bookings, direct debit membership payments, accounting and more to keep clients happy. Daxko is an operations and financial management solution specifically designed for the health and wellness sector.
The company has created a library of 12 services ranging from mobile apps to Daxko accounting, opening itself up to a wider range of customers. A recent win for the company was acquiring VFPnext, a software company with over 1,000 customers in the health and wellness space, specialising in built-in automated marketing and sales.
Daxko has also partnered with the likes of Welld Health and Gympass over the years and have landed themselves in an impressive 19,000 facilities. Despite operating in a space with competitors such as Mindbody and Momence, Daxco has proved its position having been announced as a finalist for customer service department of the year 2023, boding well for the well-established company and declaring yet another step up as it scales and grows.
