Who you are
- Extensive experience with front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and responsive design principles
- A solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and practical experience using experimentation platforms
- Prior experience working with modern analytics stacks (e.g., Mixpanel) to make data-driven decisions
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills to thrive in an agile development environment
Desirable
- Knowledge of back-end development principles and API integration
- Experience in the health-tech or digital health domain
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques or tools
What the job involves
- We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Growth Engineer with a bias towards Front-End to join our dynamic team
- This role will focus on improving user engagement, conversion, and overall growth of Numan’s digital health platform through experimentation and rapid iteration
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data analysts, to design and implement front-end solutions that align with Numan’s growth strategy
- Leveraging modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces
- Designing, building, and analysing A/B tests to optimise user interactions and conversion funnels
- Continuously iterating on experiments based on data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and retention
- Partnering with marketing, growth, product, and engineering teams to optimise the user journey and acquisition channels

Our take
Numan is a digital health startup that was initially focused on treatments for men. The company offers a range of solutions for erectile dysfunction (ED) and hair loss, both themes related to male self-esteem that are often avoided and ignored.
The company has expanded into areas like premature ejaculation and weight loss, alongside a comprehensive suite of diagnostic blood tests, live doctor consultations, and various personalised supplements. More recently, it has expanded its weight loss category into women's health, paving the way for a broader range of female treatment categories. In practice, Numan’s platform enables free online medical consultations, clinically proven treatments, diagnostics and personalised treatment plans.
