Who you are
- Experience in developing and commercializing new products
- Understanding of product development concepts and practices across the product development life cycle
- Experience in overseeing the rapid prototyping process for global/ multi-region products
- Demonstrated success in generating, structuring, evaluating, and promoting innovative ideas within an organization
- Able to build relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate and where necessary simplify concepts and details
- A strong interest and understanding of the payments industry and/or working in a B2B2C ecosystem
What the job involves
- The Product Innovation Manager role is a key part of the Commercial and New Payment Flows (CNPF) portfolio, focused on building new innovative solutions and developing new products to address customer pain points
- You'll help drive the generation and analysis of new concepts and solutions for CNPF, interfacing with internal product teams, customers, and end-users
- Own the development of concepts into commercial products, from concept through pilot, incubation and commercialization, leveraging the Foundry Engineering, Customer Research, and Experience Design teams
- Develop and own product roadmaps, pilot launch plans and business cases throughout the product development process
- Build relationships across the Global Products teams and Foundry teams to support the delivery of new products
- Support the ideation and development of a strong pipeline of Foundry projects leveraging internal and external relationships
- Uses a data-driven approach to assess market opportunities and to build business cases incorporating accurate representations of future revenues and expense bases
