Senior Product Manager, SmartAsset

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or technology sector
• Proven track record of successfully leading, delivering, and scaling product development initiatives
• Strong understanding of data platforms and LLM's and their potential applications in optimizing financial advisor workflows
• Experience working with predictive modeling platforms and A/B testing methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate competing priorities
• Experience in managing delivery with cross-functional teams: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with data science, application engineering, and customer service teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of user experience principles: Experience conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable product improvements that enhance the overall user experience
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making: Proficiency in analyzing data metrics, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and using quantitative insights to inform product strategy and drive business outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: Ability to effectively communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, build consensus, and navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
