- We’re looking for someone who excels at turning complex challenges into structured solutions and enjoys leading impactful projects within a fast-growing scale-up
- At least 4 years of work experience in management consulting, project management, go to market, or a similar role in a scale-up or consultancy
- A proven track record of managing large-scale projects end-to-end, experience with product launches and scaling is a plus
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Results-oriented mindset: a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering impactful results
- An eye for detail and affinity with all relevant domains ( marketing, sales, operations, product development)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actionable strategies
- A genuine interest in contributing to a greener future
- You are based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate (Quatt cannot provide visa sponsorship at this time)
What the job involves
- A fulltime position for 36-40 hours
- From strategy to execution, you’ll manage roll-outs, align cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery of sustainable solutions.
- With the ambition to empower 3 million households to switch to clean energy by 2030, we’re scaling rapidly and looking for an experienced GTM Lead - Commercial & Operations to lead the commercial and operational launch and scaling of our innovative products
- As a key player in our operations and commercial teams, you’ll take ownership of launching and scaling new products, ensuring smooth roll-outs
- Your role will be both hands-on and strategic, involving close collaboration with teams across Quatt
- Product Roll-Outs: lead the commercial and operational launch of new products
- Quatt All-e launch and roll-out
- Quatt Chill launch and roll-out
- Additional innovative products in the pipeline
- Project Management: take end-to-end responsibility for product launches and scaling projects, ensuring timely and successful execution
- Coordinating product readiness across marketing, sales, operations, logistics, and support teams
- Establishing scalable operational frameworks for product roll-outs
- Monitoring performance metrics to refine processes and drive continuous improvement
- Cross-Department Collaboration: work closely with marketing, sales, product development, supply chain, and customer support to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Scalability: develop and implement scalable solutions for the expansion of new product offerings across multiple regions

Identifying a significant gap in the market, Quatt aims to address the needs of approximately 7.5M homes in the Netherlands lacking a heat pump system. With 2024 funding secured, the company is poised to embark on an ambitious journey, aiming to introduce its solution to a million households by 2030, making significant strides towards a more sustainable future.
