What the job involves
- Neo4j is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator on a 6 month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent

- They drive a positive and consistent interview process by coordinating and scheduling recruiting screenings, interviews, and debrief meetings across the globe
- Ultimately, they help create a first-class hiring process, delighting our candidates and ensuring every applicant receives a positive experience!
- Schedule interviews and meetings with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing information and assistance during the application and interview process
- Assist interviewers and hiring managers with interview logistics and scheduling
- Provide support as needed with reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, and attending calls with hiring managers
- Ensure that candidates have a positive and seamless experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, expectations, and next steps
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to support the recruitment process
