- Growth and Scaling Experience: Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies, with experience in scaling software businesses
- Financial Expertise: Ability to analyse financial data and achieve business targets in collaboration with the CCO and Commercial Finance Partner
- Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and management skills to inspire, motivate, and delegate within cross-functional teams
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to engage with customers, partners, and internal teams, articulating the value proposition of products and solutions
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in analysing situations, identifying root causes, and developing creative solutions
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Divisional Managing Director to lead the growth and development of one of our key business lines
- Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will have responsibility for the commercial success and growth of your division
- Strategic Leadership: Execute against Moneyhub’s business strategy that drives growth and success within your line of business
- Commercial Success: Achieve financial targets
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead the sales, marketing, product development, deployment, and client management teams
- Market Growth: Drive growth with existing customers and new business
- Product Innovation: Lead the ideation, development, and delivery of cutting-edge software solutions for market innovations with your team
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and leverage opportunities, particularly in Open Banking and Open Finance
