What the job involves
- At Boulevard, we don’t just sell software — we build partnerships. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth, connecting with future customers and introducing them to the tools that will revolutionize the way they run their businesses
- Be the First Touchpoint: Engage with potential clients through strategic outbound outreach — email, phone, social, and more — and spark their interest in what Boulevard can do for their business
- Start the Journey: Qualify leads and set the stage for successful client partnerships by understanding their needs, identifying their pain points, and introducing them to the right solutions
- Own the Process: Use our sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, and more) to stay organized, track conversations, and measure your impact daily
- Fuel the Funnel: Schedule meetings and demos for your partnered Account Executive by consistently bringing in high-quality leads from target industries
- Be a Market Expert: Stay on top of trends in business management software and the evolving POS space — you'll be the expert your prospects can trust
- Hit Your Goals (and Then Some): Consistently meet or exceed activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked) and revenue-driving KPIs

Boulevard is a business management platform developed to help streamline the operations of appointment-based businesses, particularly spas and hairdressers. Boulevard addresses the challenges of spas and hairdressers by designing software that makes it easier to automate workflows, scheduling, and pricing, helping drive customers through their doors.
The global spa and salon market is projected to reach a market size exceeding $447 billion by 2032. Traditionally, appointment-based businesses have been heavily reliant on paperwork and receptionists, but Boulevard is looking to modernise the industry by helping drive efficiencies, profit, and a better customer experience.
Boulevard is one in a sea of companies offering software to digitise appointment-based businesses. However, the substantial funding it's raised across multiple rounds and a 500% increase inrevenue over three years demonstrates that it has maintained traction in the market as it grows. Its most recent investment is earmarked for growth in major self-care verticals and to fuel AI R&D.
