- 3+ years of communications experience for a SAAS company
- A partner-centric approach in all your communications. Ability to engage and communicate with audiences that vary in size, product sophistication, and lifecycle stage
- Ability to understand, communicate, and manage change in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize engineering-level detail into clear, actionable documentation
- Prior experience creating partner/MSSP-focused materials or collaborating with channel teams is a major plus
- Working knowledge of endpoint protection, XDR/SIEM platforms, and/or cloud security architectures
- Familiarity with Customer Success, CRM, and surveying tools and platforms
- Experience with Marketing or Campaign tools (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Familiarity with Jira, Atlas, Confluence, or similar documentation tools
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in communicating with Partners from diverse cultures
- Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on the fly
- Be able to have a flexible schedule
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Strong team player but still a self-starter
- Previous security industry experience or endpoint security-specific experience
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Professional competency in one or more foreign language(s)
- Previous experience as a technical writer, incident response analyst, RCA author, or similar role in cybersecurity, software engineering, or IT operations
- Experience with HTML and/or CSS
What the job involves
- SentinelOne is growing its Customer Success team and looking for a Partner Communications Specialist to execute our efforts to educate and communicate with our partners to enhance their experience with SentinelOne
- Collaborate with colleagues across Product Management, Engineering, Security Research, Marketing, Services, and others to execute communications to all SentinelOne Partners
- Investigate significant incident tickets and engineering post-mortems to draft clear, accurate root cause analyses (RCAs)
- Partner closely with Engineering, Security Research, and Product teams to gather technical details, verify findings, and ensure consistency
- Draft systemic and recurring communications to keep partners informed and educated on the latest updates and enhancements
- Create, edit, and refine draft communications that are partner-facing or have partner impact, including from other teams as needed
- Ensure that teams and leaders are informed of important external communications and prepared for expected responses from partner-facing teams
- Undertake other responsibilities, as required

SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation with machine learning-focused software designed to help businesses defend against online attacks.
The company expanded the scope of its business from the endpoint security market to three markets valued at a combined $30 billion, including the corporate endpoint security and IT operations management markets. This gives SentinelOne a bigger potential customer base, although it also puts them in direct competition with more focused cybersecurity companies, in addition to its biggest competitor, CrowdStrike.
When the company went public in 2021, it made financial headlines as the highest-valued cybersecurity IPO ever, which gave SentinelOne a market capitalisation of $10 billion. However, it's since fallen to around $ 4 billion. It has subsequently launched S Ventures, a $100M fund, through which SentinelOne invests in cybersecurity startups and has expanded its partnership with major tax firm KPMG to accelerate cyber investigations and responses to threats.
