Who you are
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level or senior executives
- Full professional competency in German and English (written and verbal communication skills)
- Previous experience coordinating meetings, corporate cadence or project management is a plus
- The ability to listen, ask the right questions, and communicate effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills, and ability to prioritise competing demands
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Self-motivated and driven, with a proactive and results-oriented approach

What the job involves
- We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant in our Berlin office.
- The ideal candidate has previous experience as an Executive Assistant, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and the ability to support high-level executives effectively.
- This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone motivated to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the smooth operation of our corporate functions.
- This is an in-person first role with office attendance required 4 days/week
- Manage the calendars for three Executive Committee members: Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer & MD, including coordinating their schedules and travel arrangements
- Coordinate corporate cadence together with the Chief of Staff, including ExCo meetings, Leadership meetings, KPI meetings, and other key corporate forums
- Work closely with the Global Workplace Manager to support various office-related functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support project coordination across the executive team's initiatives
- Serve as a key liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation for meetings and presentations
Our take
Many high-level investment opportunities are solely reserved for financial institutions. This means that top-tier equity funds are completely out of reach for most private investors. Moonfare solves this problem by giving individuals access to institution-level investing.
Moonfare's platform allows investors to participate in funding rounds offered by some of the biggest investing companies, including The Carlyle Group and Tiger Global. The company offers investment opportunities with investment minimums as low as €50,000, which is about 100x less than the traditional minimum. So, while not everyone can afford to make investments through the company, a much larger pool of people have the ability to enter private markets.
Moonfare is headed up by an impressive team of KKR, BlackRock, Amazon and J.P. Morgan alums, which adds significant credibility to its product. The platform has also grown considerably since launching and more recently partnered with Fundcraft to enhance its digital infrastructure, automate fund administration, KYC, and capital call processes. This integration enables eligible investors to register and invest directly online in minutes, an exciting feat which will surely catch the eye of many investors.
