Who you are
- Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional levels of customer service and/or technical support to a diverse audience via omnichannel support systems
- Demonstrated capabilities to manage workload, set priorities, and resolve issues with minimum direct supervision and minimal escalations
- Demonstrated capabilities to provide support to individuals written and verbally
- Proficient working knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems
- Proficient working knowledge of Android and Apple mobile operating systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- High-level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage
- High-level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite
- Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc

What the job involves
- The main purpose of the Operations Executive is to support cross-functional operations to align Flexers utilizing the Indeed Flex app to appropriate shifts to ensure client fulfilment
- This role will leverage internal data to proactively analyse shift patterns and job requirements to ensure operational KPIs are being met
- This individual will support internal and external groups to research and analyse data and report on operational deliverables
- Provide comprehensive support to end-users and internal users of the Indeed Flex platform
- Gather information and deliver technical support and service to Indeed Flex users, clients, and internal workgroups via an omnichannel support system
- Facilitate external engagement to resolve issues when a suitable solution cannot be reached internally
- Support implementation of new processes and procedures to drive growth and improve efficiency in support of department KPIs and SLAs
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to operations, support, and fulfilment
- Ensure processes are noted clearly and properly and that notations and issues logs are normalized across operations function
- Coordinate with various internal workgroups to ensure adequate support coverage across multiple time zones
- Enforce IT and Data Security standards, policies, practices, and procedures
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Indeed Flex platform
- Participate in rotational shifts to provide coverage as required
