Role
Who you are
- You hold a bachelor or university degree in Business, Economics or Marketing or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel and a strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and solutions in complex data
- Experience with project management and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, independent attitude with excellent problem-solving and motivational skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required
What the job involves
- As our Commercial Analyst, your key objective is to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and optimize our commercial activities
- You will independently initiate projects and collaborate across departments to improve sales and business development processes, driving our company to the next level
- Analyze financial and commercial data, including revenue, costs, margins, and sales performance, to identify actionable insights
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
- Work closely with the Sales, Operations, IT, and Business Intelligence teams to optimize systems, pricing strategies, and workflows
- Coordinate with Marketing agencies to enhance the B2B auction platform and support campaign performance analysis
- Apply your project management skills to oversee cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes
- Independently identify improvement areas within processes and take the lead in implementing solutions
- Support negotiations with external partners and explore new commercial opportunities alongside the Commercial Director and Account Managers
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to address issues and maintain smooth operations
- In this role, you will be an integral part of the Commercial team, which comprises three core areas: Sales B2C & B2B, Customer Service, and Business Development
- Together, these teams are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer and partner satisfaction
