Human Resources Intern, Halo Agencies

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRIS or resume databases is often a plus

• The duties of an HR Intern primarily revolve around administration and supporting core HR processes:
• Coordinate with Interviewers and schedule rooms
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities
• Prepare various HR-related documents (e.g., offer letters, contracts, internal communications)
• Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Assist with planning and organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives
• Help in the communication and distribution of company policies and updates
• Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends
• Assist the HR team in maintaining compliance with employment regulations
