Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in fund finance, startup finance, or consulting
- Strong educational background in finance, economics, or related fields
- Previous experience in developing and maintaining financial models, accounting and taxation
- German-speaking, based in Germany (Berlin preferred but not required)
What the job involves
- As a Finance Manager at NaroIQ, you will be a key partner to our business leaders, providing them with the financial insights and tools they need to make informed strategic decisions
- You will play a key role in building from the ground up our entire finance stack, as well as maintaining financial models, budgets and developing business reporting metrics to drive data-driven decision-making
- This role offers a unique opportunity to impact both our short and long-term strategic planning by structuring our financial and operational drivers
- Oversee and build out the company’s accounting processes, including managing bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial statements
- Design and implement a robust internal finance stack to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency across the organization
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive financial models, budgets, and forecasts
- Create and automate business reporting metrics to support and enhance decision-making processes
- Collaborate with the founders to guide strategic decision-making by providing actionable financial insights and understanding trade-offs
- Must be a resident of Germany
