Who you are
- No formal experience required. You bring a strong willingness to learn and have an interest in data and AI
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Eager to become the go-to person for customers on integrations, model performance, or data flows
- Able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Happy to contribute across various areas, from data analysis to troubleshooting customer setups

What the job involves
- As a Customer Success Engineer your mission is to ensure that our customers are supported to use our product effectively
- For this to succeed, we will need to guide them through setting up new projects, integrating their services, and assisting with the training of their AI models
- You will be involved from the lead stage, all the way down to successful integration and beyond
- The Engineering part of the role is likely the most exciting
- With massive amounts of metrics you are equiped to setup a range of business intelligence dashboards that will tell you, the customer, and our team the health of a project
- The will allow for data-driven decision making and fast improvements in the overall customer experience
- You bring your insights to each department of Send AI and are involved in the overarching discussions to make the company reach its goals towards new heights
- Guide customers through the initial phases of onboarding and proactively assist them to become successful early on
- Implement AI-driven projects from setup to production and handle queries on model performance, data enrichment, and integrations
- Create dashboards to measure performance metrics, like prediction accuracy and usage trends
- Identify opportunities and improvements in workflows; collaborate with Development, Product, and Sales to meet customer needs
- Maintain high quality standards by documenting processes and troubleshooting steps
Our take
Send AI is tackling the traditionally lengthy ways in which business documents are processed, with an AI-powered document processing platform. Through the platform, users can easily parse, classify, extract, validate, and export data from documents, significantly reducing handling costs.
One impressive feature of the platform is its scan-to-text tool, which leverages Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to quickly convert any scan into text. This feature helps to produce results in a fraction of the time.
In early 2024, Send AI raised a substantial funding round that will be used to accelerate the development of its AI models and expand into international markets. The company already boasts a strong roster of clients including alan, AXA and Etos, and with a wealth of applications across industries it has the chance to secure many more.
