Role
Who you are
- 4+ years experience in progressive Talent Acquisition / Recruitment positions
- 2+ years in an enterprise SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations (US and Canada)
- Experience in employer branding and leveraging social media for recruitment purposes
- Capable of leveraging data to drive informed decisions and improve recruitment strategies
- Proactive in adopting new tools and methodologies to enhance the recruitment process
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work in a collaborative team environment

- As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent to drive our organization's success
- Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, devise recruitment strategies, and execute comprehensive talent acquisition plans
- Your primary goal will be identifying, engaging, and securing high-calibre candidates while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience and hiring according to our headcount plan
- Strategy:
- Help manifest Later’s mission of “Connect Creativity to Commerce” by identifying and hiring the best people to execute this mission
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and future growth plans, and to fulfill our hiring plan on time with the best fit candidates
- Technical/Execution:
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.) to actively source and attract diverse talent pools
- Engage with potential candidates and your established network, fostering relationships, and promoting our employer brand to attract top talent
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for roles
- Extend offers, negotiate terms, conduct reference & background checks, and facilitate the closing process while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Team/Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers and other Talent Acquisition team members to understand role requirements, establish selection criteria, ensure a smooth hiring process, and ultimately hire the best talent
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on best practices in talent acquisition
- Research/Best Practices:
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring data, and generate reports to optimize recruiting strategies and enhance efficiency
- Support Later’s employer brand strategy work and ensuring the best candidate experience possible
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance the talent acquisition process
