Senior Commercial Counsel, Strava

• We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our team! In this role, you’ll pair meticulous legal drafting and deft negotiation skills with top-notch project management to execute strategic commercial agreements for teammates across all departments.

• Be responsible for providing practical day-to-day commercial legal support to the Strava for Business team, including negotiation of our sponsored challenge agreements
• Support cross-functional teams on negotiation of a wide variety of vendor, partnership, consulting, data protection, API and licensing agreements
• Work with various global teams on a range of special projects that require legal support, including marketing and Strava Metro initiatives
• Develop and maintain enablement materials including legal playbooks, FAQs, training, and self-service materials for our cross-functional partners
• Relentlessly focusing on execution and results in a fast paced environment

• Comfortably managing a high volume of commercial agreements and shifting priorities with efficiency, precision, and a sense of urgency
