Role
Who you are
- An experienced behavioral scientist with a flair for turning data into business insights
- You enjoy collecting and analyzing client feedback and other data to generate hypotheses, understand needs and pain points, and recommend solutions that enhance client relationships while continuously measuring their impact
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, social science, psychology or sociology
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in behavioral research for client delivery
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
Desirable
- Master’s or doctoral degree in behavioral research, data science, computer engineering, engineering or statistics
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify pattern trends, and opportunities and capable of formulating hypotheses and creative solutions
- Analytical skills in data analytics including Natural Language Processing (NLP) using Python or R and PowerBI
- Expertise understanding of customer behavior and a customer-centric approaches to problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey research findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Project management skills to plan, execute and track research projects efficiently and effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- A commitment to ethical research practices and privacy standards especially when dealing with sensitive client data
- Understanding of business operations and the ability to align research efforts with organizational goals
- Expertise in client satisfaction survey design and analysis in commercial context
- Skills in NLP based on Gen AI with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Qualtrics
- Experience working in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, or related fields

- The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class service offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams
- As a member of the COE Analytics Modeling Analysis team, you will generate business insights to help Accenture to improve its processes, boost sales and maximize profitability
- You will generate client insights and recommendations that help business leaders to understand client’s needs and develop strategies for client satisfaction and loyalty
- You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to turn these insights into user-friendly solutions. Managing access to tools and monitoring their usage
- Collect, compile and clean client feedback and other data from various sources to make it suitable for analysis
- Develop hypotheses based on the analysis and formulate research questions to investigate specific aspects of client behavior and preferences
- Create detailed client personas to represent different segments of the client base based on behaviors, preferences, and demographics
- Identify the core needs and desires of different client segments and prioritize these needs based on their impact on client satisfaction and loyalty
- Pinpoint pain points and challenges clients encounter when interacting with our products or services
- Research competitors to understand how they address similar client needs and pain points and identify gaps or opportunities to outperform competitors
- Analyze client behavior throughout their customer journey and determine the key touchpoints and moments that influence client decisions
- Define the key performance indicators to track the success of implemented solutions and develop a system for ongoing measurement and reporting of KPIs
- Establish processes for collecting continuous client feedback to monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and adjust strategies and solutions based on real-time feedback
- Maintain detailed documentation of research methodologies, findings and insights and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
- Ensure that data collection and analysis adhere to ethical standards and privacy regulations
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and improve client engagement strategies

Previously working as the tech consultancy wing of Arthur Andersen accounting firm, Accenture, now a professional services company, was part of the 1950s team responsible for the first-ever computer installation in Louisville Kentucky.
