Who you are
- The ideal candidate has a desire to learn, strong coordination and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvements and learn
- Strong organizational and ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English fluency required, French is a plus)
- Tech-savvy, ideally with experience in video editing software, sales enablement tools (e.g. Highspot) or learning platforms
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced, global environment
What the job involves
- As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will play an important role in making sure our global Go-to-Market team is equipped with the knowledge and tools to close deals efficiently
- This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales enablement, content management, sales and marketing tactics, and the role of AI in insurance
- This is a 6 month contract and in order to most effectively connect and partner with fellow Shifters, we require this position to be in the office a minimum 1-2 days per week
- Maintain and update content management tools to ensure the sales team has access to the latest resources
- Coordinate the scheduling of onboarding sessions for new go-to-market team members worldwide
- Propose content adjustments when necessary
- Edit and create engaging internal sales training to support ongoing education
- Conduct periodic internal surveys to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and offerings
- Collaborate with the sales enablement team to support various initiatives and projects
- Assist with other duties as needed, showing a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to team success
Our take
The global insurtech market is projected to grow substantially given the increased demand for insurance service digitisation, projected market expansion, and developments in technology that have made it easier to buy and process claims. Insurtech helps create new avenues that large insurance companies have less incentive to pursue, such as offering social insurance and customised policies for clients.
In January 2021, Shift Technology introduced the Shift Insurance Suite to help the insurance industry apply AI-based decision automation and optimisation technology solutions. This addresses critical processes across the insurance policy lifecycle, as well as helps insurers to achieve faster, more accurate claims and policy resolutions.
Shift Technology is focusing on continuous deployment in the UK and the US, whilst exploring opportunities in Singapore, as it attempts to become an international player in the market. However, it must stave off a number of major competitors to do so, including Quantemplate, Slice and Neos.
