- Established track record in driving growth, achieving revenue targets

What the job involves
- The Account Manager owns senior client relationships across a portfolio of strategic, complex accounts, focusing on customer retention and long-term revenue growth
- The role drives strategic account planning, solution-based selling, and opportunity development in close collaboration with product specialists
- It ensures strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and proactive renewal and risk management
- The Account Manager builds executive-level relationships, aligns internal stakeholders, expands accounts through cross-sell and up-sell strategies, protects customer satisfaction, and mentors peers to enhance overall team performance
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the customer decision maker’s strategies, priorities and needs
- Maintain solid understanding of LSEG propositions to initiate conversations and raise interest
- Build and embed a long-term trusted advisor relationship within their accounts
- Drive growth by rapidly growing LSEG footprint within their accounts
- Focus on maintaining overall customer engagement and expanding and retaining managed net revenue
- Coordinate all commercial activities within accounts, owning the end-to-end customer relationship
- Drive efficiency in account administration (especially for lower value and growth potential accounts)
- Manage internal and external partners and maintain networks to come to terms and close deals
- Leading deal team driven by customer strategy and opportunity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and clients invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner
