Who you are
- We're looking for a leader who combines strategic vision with operational excellence

- 8+ years of experience in account management/business development, with focus on provider relationships
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Experience managing relationships with health system executives and clinical leaders
- Strong analytical mindset with proven success using data to drive partner outcomes
- Strategic thinker who can build scalable processes while maintaining service quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, Hubspot preferred, and account management best practices
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and SQL preferred
- Healthcare technology experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing account management team
- Design and execute an account management strategy to provide hospitality led support to our partners while delivering against program goals
- Create a framework for strategic account planning, coach account managers on implementing a refined playbook
- Foster a high-performance, partner-centric culture with the team, encouraging innovation, accountability and continuous improvement
- Create frameworks for driving physician adoption and referral growth
- Develop proven approaches for navigating complex practice environments
- Lead strategic reviews with partner executives and clinical leaders
- Spearhead successful launch and expansion playbooks for major partnerships
- Act as senior escalation point for complex provider relationships
- Design scalable processes for partner onboarding and growth
- Develop enablement tools that support efficient partnership management
- Build training programs that ensure consistent, high-quality partner support
- Analyze partner data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks
- Collaborate with Mindshare program leadership and other internal stakeholders to ensure partner needs are understood and met
